MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are looking to locate Jewel Lay, a 62-year-old man last seen Wednesday, March 12 near the area of 69th and Silver Spring. They are asking for the public’s help.

Lay is described by MPD as being a Black man who stands around 6-feet-1-inch tall, weighing around 230 pounds with brown eyes and a bald head. He has a scar on the left side of his face and another on his left hand.

He was last seen wearing a black and gray coat, a black hat and blue jeans, and was last seen leaving in a vehicle.
