MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a critically missing man. 

Officials say 44-year-old James Spears was last seen around 11:40 a.m. near 14th and Cherry Tuesday, Nov. 4.

Spears is described as a Black male, 5'8", 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. 

He was last seen wearing a gray hat with an orange durag underneath, green sweatshirt, black pants, and red and white shoes.
