WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The first Winter Wonder Woods event took place at Hawthorn Glen in Wauwatosa Friday night.
Hawthorn Glen is decorated with more than 18,000 twinkling lights lined along a quarter mile of trails.
In addition to the lights, the trail features various holiday and nature-themed displays that highlight the many winter holidays celebrated throughout December.
Inside the building, guests can enjoy seasonal music and a cozy fireplace, with warm drinks and cookies available for purchase.
The event costs $2 per person and children ages 2 and under are free. The next events will take place on Dec. 14, 20 and 21 from 5-9 p.m.
