Minimum-security inmate escapes from Milwaukee-area correctional center

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The search is on for a minimum-security inmate who escaped from the Marshall Sherrer Correctional Center.

Milwaukee Police are currently searching for Tasir Bhatti.

Bhatti is described as a 26-year-old white male, 5'9, weighing 179 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call local law enforcement.
