More sleet and snow coming Wednesday

After a record breaking snow storm over the weekend, the Badger state braces for another round of winter weather on Wednesday.  Tomorrow will feature plenty of melting across the area with a high near 40; however, clouds will increase during the day with a mix arriving for Wednesday.

A mix of rain, sleet, and snow will arrive between 9 am and Noon.  This mix shouldn't cause too many issues during the early afternoon.

As the colder air arrives the mix should quickly transition to all snow for Wednesday afternoon and evening.  Snow for the evening commute could create slick travel and some issues.

Snowfall will total between 1" to 3" across the area, with areas to the northwest picking up close to 3".  Lingering light snow is possible for Thursday morning before ending by the late morning.
