4 PM Update: Storms trying to develop

A few showers and some storms are starting to develop, especially across Fond du Lac and Sheboygan counties.  Some small hail is possible, but nothing looking severe.  A few other showers and storms will try to pop through 6 pm.

Temperatures have warmed close to 80 across the area this afternoon.  With the extra heat comes instability, and that could fire off showers and storms this afternoon.

A front will arrive between 3 pm and 6 pm, and that could fire off strong to possibly severe storms.  Dewpoints are in the lower 60s, so we aren't talking about deep moisture, but there's enough shear to promote some hail and winds.

Storms aren't expected to stick around, but they could impact your early evening plans.
