MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police say a 12-year-old boy who was reported missing is safe and unharmed after a report of an abduction was determined to be "baseless."

Police say they have one person in custody.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are asking for help to find a 12-year-old boy who is critically missing. 

Police say Arnell Roberts was last seen around 12:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23 near 19th and Capitol. According to investigators, Roberts was driven away from the location in a 2012 4-door white Toyota Camry. Police do not have any license plate information, however, the vehicle is said to have a dent to the rear passenger bumper and a chip to the front passenger side windshield, and mud along the passenger side of the vehicle. 

Roberts is described as being 5'0" tall, weighing 97 pounds with a thin build, brown eyes, and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a black short sleeve shirt with Spiderman on it and black basketball shorts with black, white, and orange shoes, and glasses. 

The person who drove the car away with Roberts inside is a said to be a black man between the ages of 19 and 23, 6'0" tall, with a thin build, dark complexion, and clean shaven with a short afro. The man was said to be wearing a light blue jean jacket and a light blue jean pants. The man is said to have a tattoo over his left eye.
