MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred near the corner of 49th and Capitol

A 25-year-old man was transported to a hospital Friday, April 18 for treatment of injuries suffered during the shooting, which was reported around 12:30 p.m.

Police say the circumstances leading to the shooting remain under investigation. No arrests have been made.
