Man charged in hit-and-run that killed Watertown father of 3
NEW BERLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A New Berlin man is in custody Friday after police say he admitted to pretending to be a Border Patrol agent.
According to court documents, 34-year-old Hank Glembin approached officers last month with the Muskego and New Berlin Police Department, offering assistance on two separate occasions while wearing an outfit that implied he was with Border Patrol.
Bodycam footage shows one of those incidents.
During the encounters, police say Glembin showed fake identification as an agent and had a gun on him.
One officer got suspicious of Glembin after he asked her to hang out, which she declined, and later heard he was asking about her at the police department later that night.
