MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new NASA mission will allow astronomers to discover the hidden details of the most exotic objects in our universe for the first time.
It's called IXPE, imaging x-ray polarimetry explorer.
Dr. Makenzie Lystrup is the vice president and general manager of civil space at Ball Aerospace, a private company helping the mission.
Lystrup joined CBS 58 on Thursday, Nov. 11 to tell us more about the IXPE mission and what they hope it will discover.
