New training could get yourself out of tight situations

Instead of those boring laps around the track, have you ever thought about leaping off a wall or jumping from a building?
Most of us might be saying no, but a new form of training could potentially help you get yourself out of tight situations.
It's called Parkour and CBS 58's Stephanie Brown tells us what it's all about.
