MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Charges are pending for a 19-year-old man arrested last week in connection with a 4th degree sexual assault.
According to Milwaukee police, the incident happened in the 8600 block of West Brown Deer Road on Thursday, Dec. 5.
Police say the suspect was also arrested for a similar offense that happened on Nov. 12 on Milwaukee's east side.
19-year-old Jaelen Durham was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred near Oakland and Kenwood on November 12. According to a criminal complaint, he grabbed a woman from behind by her knees and picked her up off the ground. When the victim realized she did not know the suspect, investigators say she began to scream and hit him.
Officials say the victim reported he put her down and "began staring at her" so she ran across the street.
Durham was released on the disorderly conduct charge on Nov. 18 after a $150 bond was posted, according to online records.
Jail records show he was booked back into the jail on Dec. 6.
