MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Bucks NBA regular season is quickly approaching. While the players are preparing to make an NBA title run, the team is digging a little deeper to prepare for home games at Fiserv Forum.
They're searching for talent to perform the national anthem at home games with auditions being held on Wednesday, Oct. 5. Both vocalists and instrumentalists are welcome to audition.
Candidates are being asked to register on-site where they will be asked to audition in the order in which they arrive. Regardless of the genre or age of each singer, all are welcome to showcase their skills.
Those under the age of 18 will need permission from a legal guardian. Also, be sure to brush up on the American or Canadian national anthems; either one can be performed in its entirety to be eligible as an audition performance.
Auditions are being held at Fiserv Forum during two afternoon slots: one from noon until 1:00 p.m. and again from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.
Those with questions are invited to email [email protected].
