The trick-or-treating Halloween weekend was fantastic with mild temps, low wind speed and no rain. That changed a bit Sunday night with some light showers and fog that rolled in to make things just a bit spookier. The fog should clear out later Monday morning with a nice mix of sun and clouds expected by Halloween afternoon. Trick-or-treating on Monday in the afternoon and evening should be pretty good with highs in the low 60s.
2022 is on track to be the warmest Halloween in recent memory. A high of 60* or warmer would be warmer than any of the last six years. We have had some decent warmth with many years in the 50s but there's also Halloween 2019 when we had over 5" of snow!
The warmth doesn't just last for the end of October. The start to November looks very mild with highs about 10-15* warmer than average in the middle to upper 60s. The warmth should last through at least the upcoming weekend before it starts to fall.
Track the temperatures in the CBS 58 Ready Weather app.
