Oak Creek teacher under investigation to be charged with sexual assault in Waukesha County
WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) – The Oak Creek High School teacher arrested in connection to an investigation in Milwaukee County involving inappropriate contact with a student is expected to be in court in Waukesha County.
He is expected to appear in court on charges of two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child.
The Oak Creek Police Department issued a release Tuesday saying they were notified of an incident that happened at Oak Creek High School around 5:00 on Monday.The school told parents the teacher has been placed on administrative leave. Right now, no charges have been filed against the teacher in Milwaukee County.
CBS 58 is not naming the teacher because he has not yet been charged.
