MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office (MCMEO) confirmed the 15-year-old boy who was shot on Friday, Aug. 6 has since died due to his injuries.
The announcement came on Sunday, Aug. 8.
The 15-year-old was shot near Fond Du Lac and Bourbon around 11:45 p.m. on Friday.
Police are seeking an unknown suspect.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that happened on Friday, Aug. 6.
It happened at 11:45 p.m. near Fond Du Lac and Bourbon.
According to police, a 15-year-old was shot and is suffering serious injuries. Police say the victim is at a local hospital and is in grave condition and not expected to survive.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation at this time.
Police are seeking an unknown suspect.
