MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) - Milwaukee police are investigating a triple shooting that took place on Thursday, Sept. 14.
The shooting took place around 6:30 p.m. near 76th and Hampton.
The first victim was an 18-year-old that sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The second victim was a 17-year-old that received a non-fatal gun injury. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of a non-fatal injury.
The third victim was a 16-year-old, they also received a non-fatal injury and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The second and third victim have been determined to be involved in the shooting and have been taken into custody.
Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office in the upcoming days.
Police still continue to seek an additional known suspect.
