It's all about heart rate-based interval training working through a handful of different zones designed to charge your metabolism and give you more caloric afterburn. This total body workout runs for an hour.

There are two groups: one on the treadmills and the other working with weights or on rowers. Just in time for the new year, there's also an eight week "Transformation Challenge." $1000 prizes are up for grabs for the top winners.
