3 experiments for a little fun in the frigid cold
HALES CORNERS, Wis. (CBS58) -- Packers fans who called into Sports Radio 105.7 FM The Fan voiced their frustration with the team and everyone involved.
One caller called the game "embarrassing." It was Brett Hundley's first game as the quarterback after Aaron Rodgers fractured his collarbone.
“You’re going to hear a lot people talk about Mike McCarthy," said Bart Winkler, co-host of Chuck & Winkler. "They are going to question his play call. You’re going to hear a lot of people question Brett Hundley’s ability, Ted Thompson."
"Basically what we’re going to hear today is anybody that can get blamed, will get blamed and we just have to try and figure out what we can do to try and make it a little more optimistic for the season because after yesterday, it looked bad,” Winkler said.
Coach Mike McCarthy took the blame for yesterday's loss against the New Orleans Saints.
Chuck Freimund, co-host of Chuck & Winkler, said, "Mike McCarthy took some of the brunt yesterday. He took some of the criticism onto himself but Brett Hundley's, the quarterback, play was bad. Fans were not happy."
