Medical examiner identifies victim who died in Milwaukee police chase near 51st and Center

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the decedent as 30-year-old Hasan Harris.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say two people in the suspect vehicle involved in a fatal police pursuit fled the scene on foot, and one, a 17-year-old boy, was later taken into custody at a local hospital. A third person in the vehicle was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The driver struck and killed by the fleeing vehicle was identified by family as Coleyone -- police say the victim was 30 years old. They say his 31-year-old passenger was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Milwaukee police continue to search for an unknown suspect from the fleeing vehicle.

MILWUAKEE (CBS 58) -- The person who died after being struck by a driver fleeing police near 51st and Center has been identified by family.
Sherman Brown said his nephew, Coleyone, died at the scene on Saturday night, Aug. 23.
Brown also said another one of his nephews was injured and taken to the hospital. Police did not immediately share any information about another victim.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are searching for a suspect who they say hit and killed another person during a police pursuit on Sat. Aug. 23.
Police say around 7:40 p.m., they attempted to make a traffic stop near 60th and Meinecke Ave., for a vehicle wanted in connection to a shooting.
The driver refused to stop, and a pursuit began. The chase ended when the driver of the fleeing vehicle hit another vehicle traveling west on W. Center St.
Police say the driver who was hit died at the scene.
Meanwhile, the driver of the fleeing vehicle fled on foot and has not been arrested.
