(PADDOCK LAKE) - In just a few months’ time birds will start migrating south for the winter. They'll be back in the spring it's just part of their endless cycle of life. But for one special falcon in Paddock Lake, it has taken 5 years for him to fly back home and he couldn't have done it without the help of Westosha Central High School's senior class of 2019.
The school is now fundraising to build a shelter for the statue in hopes of keeping it in pristine condition during Wisconsin's harsh winters.
If you'd like to help, donations can be sent to The Falcon Fund at Central High School - 24617 75th Street
PO BOX 38, Salem, WI 53168.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Pauleen Le shared the tale of the falcon's triumphant return.
