WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- 'Tis the season for holiday shopping including small pop-up markets all over Wisconsin.
CBS 58 checked out the Christkindlmarkt in West Allis, where at least one family made a spontaneous stop to get a tasty treat - crepes!
The fun began Friday night, Dec. 5, at the West Allis Farmers Market, with many braving the cold temperatures to shop under the lights.
The stalls were packed with small businesses.
"I've got over 70 vendors, we've got lots of food vendors," said Andrea Kopan. "You can buy all kinds of things for the holidays; we've got lots of handmade things and we also have some brick-and-mortar small businesses from here in West Allis."
If you don't want to miss out on the shopping, the market will be open tomorrow from noon to 4 p.m.
