WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The annual Pet Expo MKE is back at the expo center on the Wisconsin State Fairgrounds this weekend. All day Saturday, Feb. 1, you can learn about dogs, cats and reptiles; and you can get information about adopting a new furry or scaley family member.

"We've had baby goats that they can play with. You can get your supplies, you can get treats, you can meet pet sitters, you can meet doggy daycares, you can meet vets and boarding places," said Cindy Steinle with Small Scale Reptile Rescue. "There is literally anything pet related there."

The event is family friendly. General admission is $10, and all proceeds go to benefit local shelters and rescues across Wisconsin.

"So, the money we raise Saturday will be spent throughout the year to help with things like spay-neuter grants, getting microchips," said Steinle.

Tickets can be purchased ahead of time online or at the door.
