MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- 95 years have passed since an 11-year-old boy named Frank Epperson accidentally left a glass filled with water, powdered soda mix and a wooden stick for stirring outside on a cold night in Oakland, California. The drink had frozen overnight and the sweet treat he initially called the "Eppsicle" and later "popsicle" was born.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Michael Schlesinger has the story of another entrepreneur who not only has a passion for spreading ice pops but positivity throughout the community.
