PEWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Pewaukee High School student is in custody Wednesday morning after the district canceled classes Wednesday due to a threat.
According to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office, it's believed the student was acting alone and that there is no threat to the public.
School is scheduled to resume as normal on Thursday, March 15, 2018. As a precautionary measure, there will be an enhanced police presence when classes resume to ease the concerns of parents, students, and staff.

PEWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) – The Pewaukee School District canceled classes on Wednesday due to a threat.
According to the superintendent, the threat was aimed at the campus. The school district is working with the Village of Pewaukee Police Department and other law enforcement agencies.
