MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A police chase ended with a car rolling over on the interstate Tuesday night, July 25, at the northbound section of I-43 and Highland. 

Police say it began near 21st and Concordia around 8:14 p.m. when officers observed a vehicle taken in an armed robbery. 

Officials say the driver refused to stop and a pursuit began, ending when the vehicle crashed with a wall and rolled over on I-43. 

The driver and passenger, a 22-year-old Milwaukee man and 27-year-old Milwaukee man, were arrested and taken to a local hospital for medical clearance. 

Police say the vehicle was confirmed to be stolen. 

A firearm and suspected illegal narcotics were also recovered. 

Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office in the coming days.
