Quiet weather through Memorial Day before midweek rain is expected
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--It's all about timing, especially with the weather. We're waiting on a stronger cold front late Monday night. This could give us a round of strong to severe weather late Monday evening into early Tuesday morning. We just have to see what holds together as the storms come in from the west. The farther west you go, there's a great risk for severe weather. Lakeside areas are under a slight risk (level 2), but it's much higher toward western Wisconsin. All kinds of weather hazards are possible. Meantime, enjoy some quiet weather on Sunday with highs closer to 60. We'll be in the 70s on Monday before temperatures back off the rest of the week. There's another chance of precipitation on Thursday.
