RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- All first-time donations to the WHS RACINE CAMPUS in 2024 are being matched by the Ruud Family Foundation. All increased donations to the Racine Campus – every dollar donated above past donors’ total giving amount in 2023 – will also be matched throughout the end of the year by the Ruud Family Foundation.
(If you had donated to WHS Racine previously, any amount above what you donated will be matched. If you donated $25 in 2023 but increase your donation to $50 in 2024, the increase amount of $25 will be matched). Donations will be matched up to $50,000. This is for the Racine Campus specifically. Donations to our Racine Campus go toward basic animal needs such as food and sheltering, as well as spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, and more advanced needs like behavioral work and medical complications. WHS serves 40,000+ animals and the people who love them every year and received no general government funding.
THANK YOU to the Ruud Family Foundation for being such incredible friends of the Wisconsin Humane Society.
***Bonus info – there is still time to register for Pet Walk Racine-Kenosha! The event is Saturday, August 3rd at Pets Park in Kenosha. There is a link right on our homepage to get you started.
