Racine police investigate hit-and-run near 8th and Marquette

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine police are investigating after a hit-and-run left a pedestrian with serious injuries.
According to the Racine Police Department, it happened near 8th and Marquette Street.
The suspect vehicle is believed to be a '97-'04 Buick Park Avenue with front end damage.
