Racine Police searching for man involved in altercation where gun was fired, injuring bystander

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Racine Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a man who was involved in an altercation where a gun was fired.
Marcus Montgomery is wanted in connection with the June 23 incident. Police say that the altercation happened in the 900 block of Superior Street. During the incident, a firearm was discharged and a bystander was struck by gunfire.
Montgomery fled the scene.
