RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine's River Bend Nature Center becomes quite the popular place as we get closer and closer to spring.
There is a slew of activities offered at this 78-acre site along the banks of the Root River, including indoor archery, woodcarving and tree tapping. Of course, we're getting into the season prime for maple syrup making. All the conditions are coming together right now to produce what we love to put on top of our stacks of pancakes.
There will be pancake breakfasts held at the center the first four Sundays in March. To see what other activities are offered for the next few months at the River Bend Nature Center, click here.
