MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Dozens of women took to the streets in Milwaukee on Saturday, Oct. 17 as part of a nationwide effort to rally for women's rights.
It includes fighting for access to health care, abortion rights, and an economy equal for everybody.
They also used Saturday's march to rally women voters ahead of the Nov. 3 election.
"Whether you're voting in person or by absentee....even if it's not directly affecting you, it is affecting someone you know in some other way," said Grace Quinn, "Rally for Our Rights."
Organizers say the marches are even more important after the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
