MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It's the season of giving in Milwaukee and the Salvation Army is bringing back their Angel Tree program to help people here in our hometowns. CBS 58 was joined by Major Beverly Gates with the Salvation Army of Milwaukee County, to talk more about the program.
