Our Winter Weather Advisory still holds overnight with highest totals of about 3-5" areas southwest of Milwaukee. Totals near the Lake and further north will be less. The flakes that fall tonight will be light and fluffy with the colder temperatures. Slick roads are expected in the morning. Cold winds will become a tad gusty tomorrow and keep us in the 20s to finish the weekend.
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Mother Nature is throwing a lot of winter our way right out of the gate. We have a Winter Weather Advisory from 10 PM Saturday until 8 AM Sunday for most of the viewing area except the northern tier. 3 to 5 inches of snowfall can be expected. Moderate to heavy snowfall rates are possible overnight. Then we have more snow chances just about every day next week. Don't look for a big recovery with the temperatures either, but highs could approach 40 by Tuesday. This is fairly seasonable for this time of the year. However, highs in the teens are expected late in the week.
