A boost in temperatures despite the lack of sunshine
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Despite the mild temperatures, Winterfest in Lake Geneva continues this weekend with the snow sculpting competition happening on Saturday. There's also Mitten Fest in Milwaukee. Don't forget it's the start of Black History Month. And one more. Pet Expo takes place this weekend at the State Fair Expo Center.
