Sherman Park to host second annual Harvest Fest

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The second annual Sherman Park Harvest Fest is set to take place on Saturday, Oct. 28, featuring music, games and entertainment, hosted by County Board Chairwoman Marcelia Nicholson and various community partners.

The collaboration involves a range of local organizations like Milwaukee County Parks, the Boys and Girls Club, Friends of Sherman Park, Sherman Park Community Association and the Milwaukee Parks Foundation.

The event features a lineup of attractions including pumpkin painting, a caramel apple station and a s'mores station. Entertainment acts such as the Milwaukee Flyers are also on the schedule. Alongside the activities, attendees have a chance to win a variety of prizes, including a bike and two free tablets, with winners to be announced at 2:30 p.m.
