Shooting near 50th and Vienna leaves 1 dead, 1 injured

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened on Sunday, July 7.
It happened around 2:20 a.m. near 50th and Vienna.
The victim, a 45-year-old sustained a gunshot injury and was pronounced dead at the scene, despite life saving measures.
A 22-year-old also sustained gunshot wounds during the incident.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee police continue to seek unknown suspect(s).
