RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Another blast of winter snow meant dangerous road conditions for many drivers on Sunday afternoon.
In Racine County, our camera caught the aftermath of a two-vehicle crash.
The Sheriff's Office reports it happened around 4:30 p.m. at Highway 20 near 63rd Drive. A vehicle headed eastbound lost control and crossed the center line striking a westbound vehicle.
Several people were treated for critical injuries, and one person was killed.
In Milwaukee County, one video from the Department of Transportation was filled with red as drivers trudged along I-94 at I-41.
Another, at westbound I-94 at Highway 100, looked more like a parking lot because drivers here had trouble moving up a slick hill.
Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies say they responded to several incident since six a.m. including at least 18 concerning property damage, four with injuries and 10 disabled vehicles.
On social media, the department's Twitter feed pushed reminders to drivers to slow down, drive cautiously, and turn on those headlights.
