South side water festival highlights the importance of physical, spiritual hydration on May 21

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Wednesday is the time to pay tribute to all things water with the first annual "Celebrate Water: A Traditional Mexican Ceremony."

The event showcases the importance of the one very thing essential to our everyday lives, especially when it comes to the Latino culture.  From 5:30 until 7 p.m., you can expect music, dance, and comradery all at Pulaski Park on Milwaukee's south side.

Both Milwaukee Water Commons and KK River Neighbors in Action are putting on this gathering. The address is at 2671 S. 16th Street, rain or shine.
