MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Another great day and year for the American Family Championship Champions Tour event in Madison.
They announced with the Steve Stricker Foundation that the charitable impact is more than $2 million this year and nearly $22 million over the nearly decade long run of the tournament.
It always gets Stricker, emotional.
"This is like the question every year where I always like a little bit of assistance," Steve Stricker said. "I do. Yeah, everybody knows how much this means."
The PGA Champions tour player and Madison resident always breaks down when talking about helping kids.
The American Family Championship is June 5-7 at TPC Wisconsin in Madison.
