Sunshine returns to start the weekend

The clouds were stubborn all day today, but they'll start to break apart as we head through this evening. Temps will drop back into the 20s with a light wind, so no weather concerns if you're heading downtown for the Bucks game.

Mostly sunny skies return on Saturday throughout the region! With a wind off the lake, we could see some lake effect clouds move onshore in lakeside counties from time to time, but no precipitation.

After a day of sunshine, clouds move back in Saturday night and hang around until at least early Sunday afternoon as a low pressure system passes by to the south. High pressure will keep snow to our south with the system, but we can't rule out a stray flurry or two.

Temps hang out in the mid 30s all weekend, then warm close to 40 degrees Monday and Tuesday. Download the CBS 58 Ready Weather App to see when the next chance for precipitation arrives.
