Matthew Long, 23, returns to Milwaukee court on Tuesday (October 10) for his plea hearing. He's accused in a four-day crime spree from May 2016 that includes shootings, robberies and carjackings.
Long faces seven felonies: three counts of armed robbery, two counts of robbery with use of force, 1st degree reckless Injury and forceful abduction of child-taking.
On May 23, 2016, Elizabeth Gehrke was one of the carjacking victims. Her baby Tyler was in the car when the suspects drove away. Police said they left the baby on a sidewalk after driving a few blocks.
