MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Although Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese exercise from centuries ago, many practice it in today's world for health, relaxation, and meditation benefits.
There will be a Tai Chi session both this Thursday, Jan. 6 and next Thursday, Jan. 13 at The Warehouse in Milwaukee. The event will be located in the gallery spaces and it's associated with the temporary exhibition on display now called CHINA: Then & Now.
The Tai Chi sessions at The Warehouse run from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Organizers ask you pre-register for this free event. You can do so by clicking here.
