Teen charged in murder of man in Milwaukee's Harbor District bound over for trial

Sixteen-year-old Breontae Tyler is now in adult court. During a preliminary hearing Monday, Aug. 10, he pleaded not guilty to charges of felony murder, driving a vehicle without consent, and arson of property as a party to a crime.
"Based on the testimony today, the court finds there is probable cause to believe that a felony has been committed in Milwaukee County by Mr. Tyler. He is ordered bound over for trial."
Prosecutors say back in April, Krause got a ride from a group of teenagers, including Tyler, after offering to pay them for gas.
Tyler is accused of shooting and killing Krause after planning to rob him.
A trial date has not yet been set.
Records show Tyler is due back in court Sept. 9.
