ELKHORN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Walworth County Fair is celebrating 175 years of agriculture, local food and entertainment. This year’s theme is stars, stripes and fair delights.
Walworth marks one of the last county fairs of the season. You can celebrate Labor Day with rides, live music and grab a grilled cheese cooked up by the FFA.
“FFA is a national organization that’s student-led, and it’s focused on agriculture, education, and leadership,” said Mary Schreiber, the 2024 FFA Chapter President of East Troy. “Here at the fair, we have six chapters all collaborating in Walworth County to raise money for our chapters and the students that are in them.”
Animal showings start daily at 9 a.m. You can find a full schedule of events, like tractor pulls and combine rides, here.
