Lincoln Avenue School fire forces summer meal site change
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Four people were injured in a collision between a train and a truck in Milwaukee. It happened at the Butler Rail Yard located near the intersection of 199th and Hampton around 9:30 Monday morning.
Officials say a Union Pacific truck tried crossing the tracks, but the driver's view was blocked. As he pulled forward onto the tracks, a train reportedly hit his truck. The train was going just under 10 miles per hour.
Four Union Pacific employees reported minor injuries and were taken to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is currently unknown.
The scene had been cleared by 2 p.m.
The incident is still under investigation.
