MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The federal trial of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan continues Wednesday morning, with the prosecution expected to finish their witness list.

The most consequential witness so far took the stand on Tuesday -- Circuit Court Judge Kristela Cervera talked about what she remembers when Dugan confronted federal agents. 

She told jurors Judge Dugan seemed agitated and told her they need to check warrants because ICE was in the courthouse.
