Trucker seriously injured in assault at Dodge County wayside

DODGE COUNTY (CBS 58) -- Around 10:30 Monday night, the Dodge County Sheriff's Office was called to the report of a robbery. The incident took place at N10231 Interstate 41, a wayside on the southbound side.

Reports are two black males jumped over a bathroom stall and assaulted a 55-year-old male truck driver from Titusville, Pennsylvania. The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of money. The trucker was transported to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac and later to Froedtert Hospital due to the extent of his injuries.
