Two arrested after clients complain about 'illegal sexual advances' at Mount Pleasant massage parlor

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two employees have been arrested after an investigation into a massage parlor.

Mount Pleasant Police arrested the two employees around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday after an investigation into the A-1 Spa, located at 1100 Commerce Drive, unit #112.

The arrests were the result of complaints from clients at the massage parlor.

According to police, the allegations included inappropriate and illegal sexual advances, as well as sexual contact.

Yueqiu Hou, 51, was cited for keeper/inmate of a disorderly house.

Song Qing, 49, was cited for inmate of a disorderly house, theft, and massage therapist permit violations.

The spa has been closed and the permit issued by the village has been suspended.
