UPDATE: officials say Alvarez has been found safe

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Officials say Alvarez has been found safe.


MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help to locate a critical missing man. Officials say Londyn Alvarez, who suffers from a medical condition, has not been seen since 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11. 

Officials say Alvarez was last seen leaving his residence on foot located near 12th and Euclid. 

Authorities describe Alvarez as a Hispanic male, standing 6' tall, weighing 290 lbs., with short brown hair, a brown left eye, a blue right eye and a distinguishing mark on the right side of his head. 

Alvarez was last seen wearing a black head scarf, cream-colored Carhart shirt, black khaki shorts, and black tennis shoes with red lining.
